TYLER CHILDERS

Tyler Childers has extended his Mule Pull ’24 Tour with new dates announced for Toronto, Vancouver, Mountain View, Bend (OR), Gorge (WA), Missoula, and more. Special guests on the tour, which includes two shows at NYC’s Madison Square Garden on May 29 & 30, include Adeem The Artist, Willi Carlisle, S.G. Goodman, Wayne Graham, Shakey Graves, Valerie June, Laid Back Country Picker, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Allison Russell.

MITSKI

Mitski just announced her tour yesterday but with presales starting today — and selling out — she’s added a bunch of shows in NYC, Boston, Chicago, Nashville, Philly, Miami, and more.

PUSCIFER / A PERFECT CIRCLE / PRIMUS

“Sessanta” is a tour celebrating the 60th birthday of Maynard Janes Keenan, featuring two of his projects — A Perfect Circle and Puscifer — plus Primus as well. They’ve just announced more dates Say Maynard, “Although I am slowly going deaf with all the rock song touring, and the aging and what not, the thunderous cacophony of whining and crying from the places we aren’t playing Sessanta was heard loud and clear. But instead of being a grumpy old fart and calling you all a Waahhhmbulance, we decided to book a few more shows. Thank you @poopoopeepee69, @blunthole420 and many others for changing our minds. U.S. only though. I gotta be in bed by 7:30.” Still no Northeast shows, though. Head here for all dates.

LUKAS NELSON & POTR

Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real have added a few Northeast dates in Novmeber, hitting NYC (11/18 at Webster Hall), Boston (11/21 at Royale) and Port Chester (11/22 at The Capitol Theatre). That’s in addition to an already busy fall schedule including Philly, Providence, Burlington, Toronto, Cleveland, and more.

BRUTAL PANDA RECORDS ANNIVERSARY SHOW

Brutal Panda Records are celebrating their 15th anniversary — and honoring label co-founder Mike Lara who passed away in 2022 unexpectedly — with a show at Brooklyn’s Saint Vitus on December 9 featuring Kowloon Walled City, Local H, Cherubs, Primitive Weapons, Rid of Me, and Death Pose.

STRAWBERRY GUY

Liverpool-based musician Alex Stephens, who used to play keyboards in The Orielles, has been making beautiful, pastoral baroque piano pop as Strawberry Guy since 2018. He scored a viral hit with “Mrs Magic,” from his 2019 Taking Time to Be EP, that blew up via TikTok and currently has 246 million streams on Spotify alone. He’ll be on tour this fall, beginning in Brooklyn.

CHOSES SAUVAGES

Montreal dance-rock band Choses Sauvages are dipping below the Canadian border for West Coast shows this fall, including stops in Santa Fe, Pioneertown, San Diego, Los Angeles, Portland, Bend, Vancouver and more. They’re also one of the headliners at M For Montreal 2023.

RUFUS & MARTHA WAINWRIGHT HOLIDAY SHOW

Rufus and Martha Wainwright will again celebrate the holidays in NYC with their “A Not So Silent Night” show, happening at Town Hall on December 22. Guests for 2023 include Emmylou Harris, Sean Ono Lennon, Norah Jones, the Wainwright’s dad Loudon, and their half-sister Lucy Wainwright Roche, with more to be announced.

JOANNA STERNBERG

Joanna Sternberg, who just released a new single, is on tour with The Lemon Twigs now, including Long Island’s The Space at Westbury Theatre on October 13 and Asbury Park’s Asbury Lanes on October 14, and they also have shows with The Beths (including Music Hall of Williamsburg on October 18) and Buck Meek (including Racket on October 27).

BETTER LOVERS “BLISSMAS”

The new Every Time I Die/Dillinger Escape Plan supergroup Better Lovers have announced the inaugural edition of their new Buffalo holiday show, BLissmas, which seems like a smaller-scale continuation of ETID’s Tid the Season. It goes down December 8 at Town Ballroom with It Dies Today, The Callous Daoboys, Greyhaven, and Spaced.

FRANKIE VALLI & THE FOUR SEASONS

Rock and roll icons Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, whose songs and story became the basis for the smash jukebox musical Jersey Boys that ran for 15 years on Broadway, have announced “The Last Encores Tour,” where they will give one final bow. “I am eternally grateful for the love and support of our fans throughout the decades,” Valli says. “I always loved touring and can’t wait to see the fans.”
