Twitter Reacts to Diddy Being Arrested

Diddy was arrested yesterday (June 22) and sat in a campus jail at UCLA after he got into an altercation with assistant coach Sal Alosi. The coach had allegedly been yelling at Diddy’s son, Justin Combs–a redshirt junior and reserve defensive back–during a strength and conditioning drill. After the practice was complete, sources say Diddy confronted Alosi in his office and was eventually cuffed and taken away by authorities. 50 Cent—noted rival and jokester—hopped on Instagram and posted a pair of videos that poke fun at the situation. But he wasn’t the only one. As soon as the news hit national media the Diddy jokes started to pour in via Twitter:

Some hip-hop artists however are starting the #FreeDiddy campaign
