Iggy Azalea is going through a lot of changes. After having a “creative change of heart” she recently cancelled her first big solo tour. Now it appears her second solo album has suffered a similar fate. The future Mrs. Nick Young recently took to Twitter to take on questions from her fans and revealed she scrapped an entire half a year’s worth of material for the follow-up to The New Classic. “I scraped an entire 6 months of work and started totally new [sic],” she typed.
The Aussie MC still isn’t sure what direction she will take with the project. “Its too early to tell yet exactly how things will sound overall, but im not looking to abandon my identity,” she added, later saying she would like to add more sounds she’s previously used on mixtapes.
Check out the Twitter dialog, below.

@sadiesjogren exactly, i feel like sonically those songs still reflect a big part of me that got overlooked on my album production.
