Ludacris and his wife Eudoxie welcome a baby girl. Taking to Instagram today (June 4), the Eudoxie shared news of her birth with her followers, posting a pic of a pink baby balloon and simply writing, “She is here” with plenty of heart-eyed emojis. The Ludaversal MC echoed his wife’s announcement with a throwback pic of Eudoxie as a baby herself. “#tbt now @eudoxiee will be switching places. #blessings #love #life,” wrote Luda (see picture below).
The bundle of joy is the couple’s first child. This is the first child for Eudoxie but the third for Luda. The Furious 7 star is also the father to Karma, 14, and Cai Bella, 14 months, which he recently won custody of from Tamika Fuller. Though there’s no photo of the new addition to the family, a source close to the Bridges family shared the name of Luda’s new daugther.
“The baby’s name is Cadence Gaëlle Bridges,” the source told Us Weekly. “She was seven pounds, four ounces and beautiful like her mom. Her middle name means ‘a father’s joy.’”
A steady item since 2009, the hip-hop couple has had quite the whirlwind romance these past few months. In December of 2014, Ludacris proposed to Eudoxie by writing the question in a field and flying over it on their way to Costa Rica. The public later learned that the lovebirds actually got married while they vacationed in Costa Rica on that same trip.
