Lil Yachty Preps Debut Album, ‘Teenage Emotions’

Lil Yachty will release his debut studio album, Teenage Emotions, May 26th. On Twitter, the Atlanta rapper shared the record’s endearing cover, in which he sits grinning in a crowded movie theater surrounded by an eclectic mix of people. The 20-track album boasts a slew of guests as well, including Migos, Diplo, YG, Kamaiyah, Stefflon Don, Grace, Sonya Elise and Evander Griiim.

Teenage Emotions is available to pre-order via Lil Yachty’s website. Along with regular digital and physical releases, the record will be available on pink vinyl or pink cassette, while one CD version will be packaged in a hardbound book cover. Several merch bundles are also for sale.

Lil Yachty has already shared two album cuts, “Harley” and “Peek A Boo,” which features Migos.

Teenage Emotions follows a string of EPs and Lil Yachty’s two 2016 mixtapes, Lil Boat and Summer Songs 2. The MC was also nominated for a Grammy Award this year for his hit collaboration with D.R.A.M., “Broccoli.” More recently he teamed with Los Angeles rapper Kyle and notched another Top 10 hit, “iSpy.”
